It's Superman!

My ideal Superman movie would be thus:

1. Classic suit with spitcurl.

2. A brunette Lois Lane.

3. It would not be an origins movie, I'd show the origins in the beginning credit sequence. The movie starts 3 months after Superman's debut.

4. General Zod is more suitable as a sequel villain, plus he's been used twice which shouldn't have been done. I'd rather see a villain that has never been on the big screen before. My vote goes to Metallo.

5. Lex Luthor = Minor role. He's been the main villain in 4 Superman movies so he's been done to death. I know he's Superman's greatest nemesis, but Superman films can work without Lex being the main villain and relegated to a minor role. In my ideal Superman film, Metallo would be created by Lex Luthor in order to kill Superman after the Man of Steel refuses to "work for Luthor for money". My ideal sequels would have no Lex Luthor at all.

6. Lots of action between Superman and Metallo. And yes, Metallo would have a Kryptonite heart.

7. I'd stick to the original source material and do a traditional Superman movie.

8. Shared universe between Superman and the rest of the DC Universe Super-Heroes.

9. My ideal Superman movie would be directed by Richard Donnor but would have no connections to the Christopher Reeve films.

10. There would be NO religious references! Superman is NOT a representation of Jesus Christ. He has far more in common with Moses than he ever will with Jesus.
